About AMTA
Abilene Music Teachers Association
AMTA is an association of music teachers, students, and supporters located in Abilene, Texas, with members all over the Abilene area. There are monthly meetings with programs during the school year.
Members can be teachers or students at all levels. Membership types are: Active, Associate, Collegiate, Honorary and Apprentice.
Mission
The purpose of AMTA is to advance the value of music study and music making in society and to support the professionalism of music teachers.
